The last half term of the year is nearly upon us, with leavers' proms and assemblies, concerts, enrichment activities and dreams of sunshine. I hope and trust that all our students who are in the midst of national examinations are studying and revising hard to do themselves justice, and we wish them well. I am confident of being able to report to you in the summer yet another set of record results for this year.
Our excellent transition arrangements for year 6 students joining us in September are now well underway, but it is not too late to apply for a place for next year. If your child is in year 6 and you would like to discuss any aspect of transition from primary school, or would like to look around the school before the end of term, please just contact school and we can arrange this for you. Our Open Evening for current year 5 students will be on Thursday, 19th September - more information available soon.
We are currently advertising two teaching posts for September - a Teacher of History and a Teacher of Geography. Please see the Vacancies section of the website for detailed information.
I hope you have a restful break.
Yours sincerely,
Maurice Graham
